Kate McKiney, Realtor, has effectively used her background studying the history of design and architecture to work as an owner/builder of custom and spec homes in Hidden Valley. This knowledge and experience, plus her background as a small business owner, enables her to work with you thru all the details of your real estate transactions, whether selling, buying or renting. Kate has lived in the area over 15 years, after moving from the Bay Area. Kate juggles work and community activities with 2 on-the-go teenage boys.
Nell Boyer, Realtor, has been selling real estate since 1974. She maintained her career in the Bay Area until 1993 when she and her husband, Jerry, moved to Lake County. Nell was one of the first Realtors to obtain the coveted title of GRI, or Graduate Realtor's Institute, a designation of professional training and accomplishment in real estate. Nell enjoys working with people and sharing the satisfaction of a job well done when escrow closes. As a sideline, Nell rescues animals, caring for them on her seventeen acres in the Hidden Valley Ranchos. Nell says, "Rescue work is sadly a job that never closes. Animals have been hit hard by the foreclosure market, losing their homes and their owners. We do the best we can to help everyone." Nell is well-known for her tagline, "Outstanding In Her Field!"
